Franzipan Tarts (Rich almond franzipan surrounding the fruit of your choice, in a fresh baked pastry case, glazed & topped with toasted nuts. Choice of: Pear ~ Apricot ~ Raspberry ~ Blackberry ~ Black Cherry ~ Gooseberry)
Profiteroles (Little choux buns filled with cream and covered in a chocolate sauce)
Chocolate Gateau (Layers of chocolate sponge & chocolate fudge, topped with a deep dark chocolate mousse, smothered in chocolate pieces.)
Citrus Roulade (Vanilla sponge filled with lemon mousse & mandarin pieces rolled in toasted nuts.)
Raspberry & Almond Roulade (A light roll of vanilla & almond sponge, filled with whole raspberries & fresh whipped cream, then rolled in toasted nut flakes.)
Chocolate & Brandy Roulade (A rich chocolate sponge Swiss roll filled with chocolate gnash, Brandy & thick whipped cream.)
