The beef we use is sourced from an excellent local butcher and has hung for four to five weeks ensuring full flavour and tenderness.
Spit Roast beef joints can provide a flexible solution to catering from a handfull of people to a few hundred people. Cooking times are a lot quicker than with a hog roast at 1 to 3 hours depending on numbers. As with the hog roast we can either cook at your event or deliver ready roasted.
