Our Spit Roast Chicken marinated in lemon, thyme olive oil and garlic, has a golden crisp skin and juicy succulent flesh. Served with traditional bread sauce and sage & onion stuffing (or your own choice of trimming), Spit Roast Chicken is very versatile and goes down well on any occasion from a summer birthday party to corporate christmas celebration.
Our rotisserie will cook about thirty five spit roast chickens which is enough for 210 plated servings, the number of servings is simply adjusted by altering the number of chickens we cook.
The chickens we use can be sourced to your own specification and budget; we prefer to use a quality free range or organic chicken which will provide a far superior meat however if your catering on a budget we can source supermarket standard chickens.
