Our Whole Roasted Turkeys have crisp golden skins and juicy succulent flesh. Served with traditional Roast Turkey accompaniments :chestnut stuffing, sage & onion stuffing, bread sauce and cranberry sauce (or your own choice of trimming), Spit Roast Turkey provides an ideal catering solution for large christmas gatherings - works parties, corporate events family parties.

We can fit two large 30kg stag turkeys on our spit which will comfortably cater for 200 people (plated servings), the number of servings is simply adjusted by altering the number and size of turkey we cook..

The turkeys we use can be sourced to your own specification and budget; we prefer to use a quality free range or organic turkeys which will provide a far superior meat however if your catering on a budget we can source supermarket standard turkey.
