Hog roasts and spit roasts fit all occasions from an informal wedding to country house silver service. If your budget is limited in these difficult times a hog roast buffet can feed 150 people in a very economical manner.
Or we can offer a higher level of service starting with a Champagne and Canape reception followed by a four or five course waitress served wedding breakfast.
These two options are examples of what we can do. Nothing is set in stone and we will work with you to provide the most suitable wedding catering for your day.
A more economical option for wedding catering, can be cooked fresh on site or brought along (within certain distances) ready cooked. A Chef and assistant will layout the buffet and carve the hog roast for your guests.
A hog roast marinated in cider and served in fresh baked bread buns with a cider and apple sauce, stuffing and crispy crackling.
Minted New potatoes (with butter, sea salt and mint),
Mixed baby leaf salad, (A combination of different salad and herb leaves)
Jewel salad (a colourful combination of cherry tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, cucumber & green grapes with a light olive oil, lemon & whole grain mustard dressing).
Vine tomato salad (Ripe vine tomatoes, red onion & fresh basil with a homemade vinaigrette).

A more comprehensive service with your food cooked and prepared on site, waitress served at your table.
Glasses of bubbly (corkage) and canape selection (eg:Smoked Salmon on Fresh Brown Bread, Bruschetta and mini Farmhouse sausages, see our list of other canapes).
